We have been here a couple of times, but the most current time they forgot our table side guacamole. It is soooooo good. They did bring us a side bowl but it was not the same. Their dishes are large and could be shared depending on how hungry you are, I love that they put a small amount of zucchini in their fajitas, that was a nice surprise and would have loved more. It is always very busy and sometimes difficult to get a parking spot. Don't think you will disappointed if you try it.
This is a whole in the wall place - but once we tried it we kept going back.We now call in our order to avoid the lines. What is good here:- Super Nachos are the BEST. You wont have a chip without great ingredients on top.- Carne Asada burrito (all of their burritos are meet, pico de gallo, and guac - I dont like this, so I add rice and beans to all my burrito orders)- Carne Asada Breakfast burrito - definitely recommend having them add potatoesThe red and green salsa are so good and a must have with any thing ordered there. The only thing that I have had there that I did not care for was Chilequiles (sp?)There is not another fast food Mexican place that I would consider going to.
Visited La Barca for Sunday brunch. I was disappointed by the small variety of dishes. Most lack flavor and seem to be done in a rush to meet demand. The posole had large chunks of overcook meet, hard and flavorless. Some good items - cafe de la olla, fruit bar. But I was the expecting good Mexican. Staff is friendly but seem to disappear. Live Mariachi was the highlight of the brunch.
