This place was along the Paseo Gastronomica. It should be along the Paseo Tasteless. My Caesar salad was chunks of lettuce, old pieces of chicken, stale croutons and a decent creamy sauce. A 3 out of 10 was more than generous. Those that had ravioli rated it 1 or 2 out of 10. The pizza were of comparable numbers. It is a shame as the tables outside afforded a nice view of Posada, Argentina over the Parana River. The Pilsen beer was very good but the establishment cannot take credit for that. My last meal in Paraguay was very forgettable.
