We used to love coming here for the char broiled fish of the day which you could get in a burrito, enchilada or a salad. Sadly this is no longer an option. The table salsa and chips were good but the Mexican rice seemed to be seasoned solely with chili powder and no fresh ingredients. The chili relleno was good but the enchiladas were seasoned like the rice.I am so sorry you feel this way. We sometimes have issues getting fresh top quality fish. Last week we couldn't serve fish for three days in a row because I refuse to serve fish products that are questionable or not fresh. When we have fresh fish to charbroil, you can certainly ask to have it in your salad or in a burrito! We are happy to accommodate your request. Our rice is made daily and seasoned with fresh tomatoes and fresh tomato juice as well as fresh garlic and chile guajillo. Our enchiladas are made with a red chile base and chili powder is added. Perhaps during prep, the cook added too much chili powder. I sincerely apologize. Please come in again and ask for Jim.

This is the fifth year in a row we have gone to Depo's and each time I wonder if it will be the same. I actually think it was even better this year. Fish tacos made with so fresh mahi mahi, fries that are crispy and not greasy and the sides are authentic. If you like fish, it doesn't matter if you like Mexican. Service is extra special here too! They have lots of vegetarian options as well.

Mama Inez

Generally resort towns have high prices, but Mama Inez in Ketchum has really good food and non-resort prices. It is a very casual atmosphere and not for "high dining", but the food is great, the service fine and the cost outstanding for its location. They do lots of "take out" there, but they have some "eat-in" tables for family dining. If it is good food you are after and not needed stylish atmosphere, I would recommend Mama Inez.
