This place is busy busy. Very knowledgeable staff of about the menus and drinks. The food was hot and a great blend of TEX/MEX feel to the re fried beans and burritos. Prices aren't bad either. The scenery inside is very original and eclectic.

My granddaughter had a choice of restaurants and she chose Chili's. We arrived after the lunch crowd with a few remaining patrons. The food was fine but It took forever to get served once we ordered. I don't think the server was having a good day. Once we got the food, we didn't see her until after we finished and it took a long time to get the bill. Did not see a manager making the rounds. Not a good experience.We're really sorry the service wasnât as attentive as it should have been, and that we kept you waiting for so long. I, my wife and 2 daughters came into this location last night after a movie to have something to eat obviously. The visit started off wrong right out of the gate. We were placed on a waiting list and told it would be a 10-15 min wait. Well, that turned into about 30 mins as at least one of the hosts were accommodating her friends and giving seating above at least two other parties other that my family. After about a 25-30 min wait I approached the hostess stand and asked if our table was ready as she sat a party of 4 (the same size of my party) who had literally just came in. At that point she stated "oh I was just going call you guys". Now, this is where the fun escalated. We ordered our food and as we waited we played tic tac toe with our kids. At that point we started to notice that people whom had been seated right before us had received not only there appetizers and entrees a couple who came in and were seated 15 mins after us received there apps and entrees too! My wife then motioned to our server and asked "so, where is our food"? His response was "I don't know" and my wife stated the aforementioned and stated "how are people who came in 15-20 mins after us getting their meals before us"? His response was "it's only 2 of them". And then started saying that "just didn't know and would get a manager". The manager comes over with his timid self and extends no apology and stated "he checked the ticket and that we had only been waiting 18 mins". My wife had to ask him to speak up at least twice as he was mumbling and she could not hear him. I mean the guy was standing right next to me and I couldn't hear him! My wife then stated that his time was inaccurate and that folks that came in 15-20 mins afterwards had received there entree and apps already. He reiterated the same and that's when I stated "we have been sitting here for 30-35 mins waiting to be served and that the waiter did not even follow up with us to state the status of our meals. At that point I decided to leave, pissed off as I was no longer willing to sit and wait as my family was hungry and we had waited long enough as it was already 8:49p! We arrived at approximately 7:10p and were seated per our text message at 8:04! The place was not jammed pack people were seated within reason except for us! I guess you can guess our ethnic background. And to think our daughters suggested Applebees and we decided to choose Chillis. What a mistake that was! We ended up eating McDonald's (except for my wife as her appetite was ruined)! And I hate McDonald's!
