We have a holiday home at nearby Seven Oaks and are thrilled to have this lovely tea room right on the doorstep. Food and service are always excellent and it has such a lovely ambient atmosphere. Next time, I am definitely going to sample one of the savoury pies!

Visited during our stay in Shrewsbury and glad we'd booked beforehand as the place was very busy.Great building with a lovely atmosphere .Staff were friendly and efficient a d appeared well equipped to deal with the lunchtime mania. Our starters were delicious but regretted it later as when the Sunday roasts arrive the portions were huge.Again food was of a high standard and delicious. The drinks erred on the expensive side but i feltcthe food was value for money. This is definitely a place to visit whilst in Shrewsbury.

I've had lunch here a couple of times with friends and my husband, and this restaurant ticks all the boxes for us. The food is delicious and wholesome, with plenty of vegan options and a great variety of freshly prepared salads to accompany your main choice. If you are lucky you will nab a table by the window and enjoy a view of the activlty below on the high street. And if not, there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the ambience. You choose your dish from a blackboard menu, pay, then there is a short wait before the food is brought to the table you have selected. The staff are friendly and helpful and prices are reasonable. They also do breakfasts and a good selection of drinks; my husband had a freshly prepared carrot, ginger and apple juice which disappeared very quickly!
