Market Broiler rose from the tradition of California seafood landmarks dating back to the 1950's. It's a casual, comfortable, moderately-priced, full-service, restaurant where fresh fish and seafood are prepared over mesquite charcoal flames.Key to its pr
This place has been here for the longest time. It is large and quite airy inside. The menu is quite extensive with daily specials. I chose fish and chips as it is easy to compare the same dish in different restaurants. The price was fair for 3 pieces of freshly battered fish. I found the batter too crispy and the fish greasy. The fries were good and the coleslaw was nothing special. The wedge salad is one of my favorites as it is refreshing with great flavor. There were a lot of battered fried onions on the top that in my opinion took away the freshness of it. The coffee was weak . I had to ask for a refill and at $3.50 that did not sit well with me. I am very disappointed as I have read great things about this place. I will go back to check it out again but not for a while.

This shop is located near ProAbition a block from the backside of the Mission Inn. It has been a while since we have visited this venue, and found few things have changed. The menu and food preparation is good. It is a more simple sandwich menu type place for those on the run and looking for a more casual, lighter meal. Service was just a bit slow that day, and not very busy. Seems to have been more locals from a condo complex up the street eating in there. No complaints, but nothing to distinguish themselves as a really unique place to go.
