We are a small batches fresh food take out restaurant. By serving take out and small batches, the owner/chef is able to prepare all the dishes himself, have direct contact with the customers to learn more of what folks are interested in eating, improvemen
Delicious vegan foods that I have tried- creamy cauliflower soup ( best I ever had),cold tomato bisque soup, 6 bean salad and macaroni salad. Next I will try their vegan pizza and vegan chicken pot pie and curry pot pie. Tyler, the owner, recommends calling and reserving your Vegan chicken pot pie because it sells out early in the day. Menu varies. Meat options usually available. This is a small take out restaurant run by Tyler and his wife Christine near the corner of Killaly and Davis St only about 2 blocks from scenic Welland Canal and the walking / bike trail, Niagara Circle Trek. There are benches along path beside canal where you could go eat and watch the boats go by and the lift bridge in operation.Thank you so much for your review. It has been our pleasure serving up vegan dishes for our customers. Come again soon and try our vegan Vindaloo.
The restaurant was clean. Staff were friendly, but very skimpy on the meat and veggies. Asking for a few extra tomatoes took a lot of energy. There is a tripping hazard at the door, and very hard for wheel chairs to enter.
I saw one negative reply on here which holds no merit at all. Must have come from the same person who was not awarded the contract. This Subway meets all the high profile Subway standards that is seen throughout the world. The ownership of this Subway and the other two Subway's in Port Colborne are deeply involved with the community and are helpful not only to our group, but to many other group in the city. Having an international brand like Subway in the Vale Health and Wellness Centre only takes a first class facility to a higher level.
