This is our go to place for Pho and Spring Rolls, the best in town. Need to try some other entrees when the the weather warms and we donât need that hot soup!!. Would give five stars but the last 2 times weâve been there the service wasnât that great. In fact, last time a table of 6 and a table of 4 who came in at least 10 minutes after our orders were taken, got there food (not just appetizers) first. Usually weâd walk out but really craving the pho that night.

Home of hand-crafted sandwiches, always fresh salads, giant stuffed spuds and our Famous Sweet Tea. It's always better to give. And at McAlister's, we give as much as we can, including free refills, big portions and big smiles. It's easy to be giving when
I've visited here a few times and went back yesterday. The food is good and the place is clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like the portions as I have never left hungry. Nice place!

We called in an order for three people. The order-taker had to go find a pencil and a piece of paper on which to write our order; that should have been our first clue. After receiving the order, she told us the food would be ready in 25 minutes. We were there in 15 as we wanted to pick up the order just as soon as it was ready. The cashier at the register told us it would be ready soon, not knowing it had already been prepared. We waited long past our 25-minute expectation, and still nobody seemed to know what had happened to our order. Eventually someone found it among the orders that had been awaiting pickup before we had arrived. This was a disappointing experience. As fate would have it, we returned a few days later with a crowd. We made multiple orders for a lot of food, all of which was prepared quickly and served almost simultaneously, against all expectations. The food is every bit what you would expect from the chain known for fresh ingredients. The service, we surmise, may not be.
