A longtime neighborhood gathering spot and family-friendly eatery, "Flavors on the Avenue" has changed its ownership and name (to "Joey's"). But the Good News is that "Joey's" has retained the same Good Food, Service, and Value for which Flavors was famous among the locals. Among its favorite offerings, the All-You-Can-Eat Lake Perch special on Friday's (complete with soup, salad bar, mashed potatoes, and dessert for @$11).

Incredible matza ball soup! My husband and I donâtCleveland much but Jackâs is always a stop. Fresh, crisp pickles are fantastic! Not too garlicky- just right. Like crunching on a fresh cucumber. And that soup! Jewish penicillin as my mother used to say.
