Muku might be one of the most popular Japanese restaurant in Frankfurt.We booked a table beforehand( 2 days before )and visited with the reservation, however Only 17:30 - was available.On that day ( Friday evening)tables were almost booked . Japanese Noodle soup pork based“Tonkotsu “Ramen” was delicious. For only this menu , you can order additional noodle additionally. ( If You leave soup in your noodle bowl, waitress serve noodle into it.( It’s called “ Kae-Dama “) You can enjoy twice .They provided us good accommodation .無垢さん 初めて伺いました。豚骨ラーメン頂きました。美味しかったです。混み合っている感じです。予約していかれるのが良いでしょう。牛タンも美味しかったですし、デザートの抹茶アイスも美味しかった。コーヒーは湯呑みで出てきて、量も少なく熱くて持ちにくく、味も改善の余地ありと感じました。店員さんは親切で良い印象です。

We visited the lunch time. We ordered the vegetables miso ramen and negi miso ramen Euro12.2 We thought a little bit expensive but here’s Frankfurt. Unfortunately the soup is not hot for us. The taste is so so.ランチに伺いました。野菜味噌ラーメンとネギ味噌ラーメン12.2ユーロを注文しました。やはり全て10ユーロ超えで高めの設定、まあドイツなのでこんなものかと話しながら着丼待ち。やってきました味噌ラーメンたち。スープから行きましたが残念ながら熱々でなく少しヌルく皆今ひとつからスタート、味は普通でした。

Very friendly service and cool atmosphere. Food is good and feels healthy. I would like a bit more fresh herbs, but it is pretty authentic when compared to my Vietnam visit. Prices are reasonable. Overall a good place and will definitely be back again!
