Pho places are for eating this good Vietnamese soup and not for lingering, atmosphere, fine service, or lengthy conversations. Of the Pho places, I have found Pho 75 to be very good consistently. You may have to wait in line, but the line goes quickly. It is another indication of how good the food is. The turn over tends to be quite fast, since this isn't a place for lingering. You may very well end up at a long table with other people you don't know, since the fewer smaller tables fill up fast. Now to the reason to come to Pho 75, the food. I always get one of the top two pho on the menu, which contains a variety of things, some of which may not please most American palates if the consumers are not unless used to Asian or some other ethnic foods). But you can order pho on the menu that has only lean meats. They always have the basil and bean sprouts to add to the soup, which is usually a rich broth. There is excellent Vietnamese coffee, and some additions for deserts and drinks.

Very good food and very busy. (The place has 4 different bars.) A pretty varied selection and everyone enjoyed all of the different items we ordered.
