Drove up from Perth for a look around and decided on Two Rocks for lunch. Two choices in Entertainment Book, decided on The Pickled Herring. Bad move! Waitress very pleasant and helpful, coffee vert nice. Decided to share steak burger and battered snapper, yes more expensive snapper and which was not at all nice, aged, dry and obviously just out of the freezer. Provided same negative feedback to waitress with no positive outcome. Burger average, pub for us next time. Disappointed Hello still alive for now.It disappoints me you had this experience, so it was Wednesday you came in? The perfect place to visit with sunshine and blue skies. Able to walk around the marinas, development and over to the Indian Ocean, all before lunch. Able to get a place, even on a busy public holiday. Orders at the bar. The establishment has a great restaurant menu, but also has a takeaway section with a wide menu.We wanted traditional Fish and Potato scallops takeaway, and they didn't disappoint, both for taste and quantity. Really nice.A pleasant touch was we had a beer looking at the sunset while we waited.
