Joe's Italian serves authentic Italian cuisine and brings a delicious taste of Italy right to Moreno Valley. Joe's serves large portions that can easily be split or taken home for tasty leftovers.
Party of 15 without reservations. We didnât think weâd need them on a Monday but they were busy. We didnât wait excessively long. They hustled. Portions are large. Most of us ordered from the lunch specials menu. My navy bean soup was very tasty although it wasnât thick like in most other places, I found I preferred it thinner. Meatball sandwich was ok but Iâve had better. My sonâs fettuccine was too runny, more like a soup but the flavor was good. The salads were fresh and the traditional meals and pizza were fine but nothing to rave about.

Their food is really good HOWEVER, the service to the inconsistency leaves A LOT to be desired. First, the staff. Man is good help hard to find! From the rudeness, to the nonchalant attitude about getting your order correct (or incorrect for this matter), to the sometimes 'not fresh' food (that is ALWAYS blamed on it sitting in the container, but not even 15 minutes of sitting in styrofoam can turn fresh fried fish. I don't even order if its past 2pm AND THATS PUSHING IT! I don't know if they fry in anticipation of the lunch/dinner crowd, which would make sense if the wait wasn't always so long. The biggest problem I have is the unprofessionalism of the staff (exclude 3 people). The first time I visited, I specifically asked the woman (middle aged, lighter skin) if the red beans had or was made with meat. She told me 'no.' After continued asking, PORK. Almost stopped eating there. Only order fish, hush puppies, and fries. Safe.
