First time visit and I was very pleased. The fusion was really just a variety of Asian dishes from different countries. China, Malaysia, Thailand etc. The only complaint was that it took a long time to get our meals and the place was not busy. Otherwise the place is highly recommended and I would go back anytime.

I like Embers and my family eats there every now and then to celebrate something!! tonight we were celebrating the new year. We were greeted, seated and ordered. Our server was very efficient and the 4 of us ordered a variety of appetizers. They came in a reasonable amount of time and were very good. The 4 entrees came and our plates were visually appetizing and perfect. I had the filet special and it looked so good and perfectly done. However, there was a problem, my plate was cold and the food was cool. Not tepid or warm but cool. It was very good, I enjoyed it but I canât get over the fact that it was cold. I ordered a full order of onion straws for the table and they were cold? My friend was a little hesitant with her meal and I whispered, âwhatâs wrongâ...and she said, âmy fish is cold!â We were guests of another couple and we said nothing to them so we donât know if their meals were cold or not? I hate going to a favorite place, having a very efficient server and then winding up with cold plates and entrees! We didnât feel we were in a position to say anything as we didnât want to hurt our friendsâ feelings. But, if you receive a cold entree, say something. Itâs crazy to go to a well respected restaurant spend a lot of money and eat good looking cold food!

We went to Firebirds for an early dinner (@4pm). We were seated right away but due to the shift change it took a minute to figure out who was our waiter. Once that issue was settled we ordered our meals. Hubby had the Caesar salad which was way over dressed. The manager came by immediately and offered to make it right. Ended up giving us a free dessert. I had the BLT salad which was terrific. Entree wise...Hubby has the prime rib- which was dry. I had the ribeye which was spot on. Our waiter suggested the Southwest potatoes Au Gratin which were cheesy with a slight kick to them. Hubbs had the tater tots which (believe it or not) were quit good.As you can see our meals were kind of hit or miss. But our waiter (who was fabulous) and management made the meal worth the time and money.
