So many restaurants in GR do not take reservations, that we've kind of gotten used to "the wait." This one caught us by surprise. They *do* take reservations. We did not have them. We were told that it would be 90 minutes. That's fine. We planned accordingly and ran an errand after we put our name in. Then we came back and waited. And waited. It was actually over 2 hours. The thing that made us feel better? Everyone who came in with reservations was also waiting. Some of them were told upon arrival it would be another 30 minutes.When we got to our table, the wait was not over. Service from the bar and the kitchen were both slow. Our server was apologetic and brought some small extras to the table because we probably looked ready to eat her. The burger, the Pad Thai, and the cod were all very good.

For the good: We went in in the evening on a Sunday well after the rush. We were seated in the far back corner with nobody around after having asked for a quiet table since we seen a table with a lot of children. Our waitress was very nice but not the quickest by far. But, no complaints, she just came up missing, perhaps cleaning up from a busy night, but she was very polite. She understood we were relaxing after a very long drive home so she brought us drinks, waited and brought out the aps. and waited to take our order, and that's when things went bad. The same hostess that sat us after asking for a "quiet" table brought a woman and her elderly mother and sat them in the booth right next to us. We could hear the woman as soon as she entered the building. She was loud, blunt and never shut up the rest of the time we were there. It was the fault of the hostess, not our waitress.

I have trouble calling this a seafood restaurant.....this is portion controlled pre-packaged chain food. Everything is deep fat fried, so don't expect healthy......I would choose the chicken over fish or shrimp. Their chicken is actually OK though, so you would think there is hope here. Do see if you can find a coupon....there are always some available......might as well save a bit.
