AMBALS INDIAN RESTAURANT We went to Ambals in Ellon and had a great meal. Following a few teething problems when they first opened we had a really good experience last week. We shared the chicken pakora, then I had chicken tikka butter masala and it was all lovely. I like a but if spice so asked for extra chilliest and this was no problem and not over spicy Service was attentive and came in good time. We would definitely go back. Thanks

New Takeaway, and soon to be opened eat in facility in Ellon. Food is wood smoked and great. In spite of the name does vegetarian options too! All food containers used are 100% compostable and food sourced locally. Worth a visit to pick up food and speak to Alistair who is the Meat Monster in chief who explained his plans for the business. Won't be our last visit but not going to do much for my waistline!Yep... if we wait for politicians to sort the planet they'll boil us alive! Is it easy (or cheap) to build a business model obsessed with minimising our impact on the planet no, is it worthwhile and rewarding... absolutely.
