When my wife and I first walked in, we looked around and almost walked back out because it appeared that the only offering was yet another "home country cooking" buffet. Boy were we wrong! We luckily mentioned our concerns to a very pleasant young lady as we were heading back out the door, and she politely informed us that they did indeed have a menu to order from. We therefore decided to sit ourselves down and were quickly rewarded with what their menu had to offer! While we both did choose to avail ourselves of the salad bar due to the freshness of its offerings, we each selected two different sandwiches from the menu. Neither of us was disappointed (I ordered a catfish po boy w/ onion rings and she ordered a Philly cheese steak w/ fries). Both sandwiches were really tasty and made with high quality fresh bread of suitable type, and while my onion rings were OK - possibly of the frozen variety - the fries were definitely fresh cut from real potatoes :-). There were numerous items on their menu that appeared quite appealing, and based on our first experience, we'll hopefully have the opportunity to enjoy some of them during our next visit to the Barnwell, SC area.
