Nashe's is a Restored 18th Century RUIN/GOFU. Located right in the center of the old stone town.Gives you choice of having Swahili or Western Cuisine in in the breakfast lunch and dinner menu. Its Near the town Fish Market which gives it credit for serving
We visited Nashes Cafe to try their coffee and ended up returning again, they serve fresh coffee with a piece of a Zanzibar sweet which tastes like Turkish delight with sesame seeds! Amazing.I had prawns one day and curried octopus another, both well presented, one on a wooden board the other on a shell. We enjoyed the roof terrace which has furniture crafted from all kinds of scavenged wood including boats. There are deck chairs that look like they came from the sixties.Food is good, coffee great, prices very reasonable, atmosphere quite enchanting in a bizarre way.Thank you soo much.Karibu tena
Where to eat African food in Bagamoyo: The Best Restaurants and Bars
The one and only Restaurant in Bagamoyo with a wood burning pizza oven.At the Bagamoyo Country Club you can enjoy your seafood kebabs prepared in the neapolitan oven whilst overlooking nothing but the Indian Ocean.
We stayed at the Bagamoyo Country Club and the food was decent but very overpriced compared to other options in town. If you want pizza though, it is definitely a good place to check out.
