Joe and all the ones who work there are amazing. This is our dinner at least once a week. Never have had a bad meal. Place is clean and tidy. My daughter likes to look at All the different kinds of fish.

Our favorite restaurant in this small East Tennessee chain is located in Strawberry Plains just off I-40. The Alcoa branch near the TYS airport has the same menu, but our experience this afternoon was marred by extremely poor service by Makayla. The wifeâs favorite lunch item is the Caesar Salad which was great again. I started by thinking I wanted the chili, but changed my mind to the Margarita Pizza. The wife even commented in Makaylaâs presence that she was going to share some of the pizza with me. The chili was served. When I reminded our server that I changed the order to pizza she still tried to convince me I wanted the chili. The pizza arrived fifteen minutes later and was tepid in temperature. Good flavor though. I gave the server my credit card and asked her to run the charge. She failed to present an itemized accounting so I am not sure what I paid for.The whole time she was chewing green chewing gum. I mentioned this to the manager who indicated he would address the issue. When we left ten minutes later she was still chewing.We will stick to the Strawberry Plains Restaurant in the future.Batonwaver, we too are concerned to hear about the service you experienced on your recent visit. Please accept our apologies for letting you down in such a critical area. How many times have you found your take out incorrect? After arriving home found not one but three items missing. Receipt had Area Directors Name and phone number. Called his cell, left message. He did not return my call which I consider a lack of professionalism but passed it down to a store employee. My initial assumption that he was interested was incorrect. No thank you Mr. David Rentschler. Employee offered to replace next time I was in. Her assumption is also incorrect.
