The patio is sublime for people watching. The location couldn't be better ( it's across from the train station and smack dab in the center of town). The family that owns and runs this place really know what they're doing and we love to go here.

This is a very over pretentious hang out, for non paying students. On the day we visited, there were tables full of customers, but when we showed an interest in stopping by for a drink, they were shooed away from the tables to make room for us. The owner was mean and started shouting at the children, because they had been to his stinking toilet, and he thought that they hadn't bought a drink. A very unfriendly place, and we won't be revisiting it in the future.

I popped in for coffee and it was a v good choice. Very relaxed feeling, good in daytime but definitely looked like it would be good for a drink in the evening. Decent guy running the place. Vitre definitely worth a visit, really liked it.
