Cucina Giapponese italian style, anche qui i camerieri non sanno una parola di inglese, e il menù non ha foto, abbiamo faticato per farci capire. La bistecca ha un menù a parte, la carne è buona / ottima... peccato che venga servita su un vassoio in ghisa a 3000 gradi... appena arriva (ad Agosto viene in mente chi lavora in fonderia) appena arriva dicevo la bistecca è cotta perfettamente ma sulla ghisa rovente continua a cuocere inesorabilmente, passando da buona a troppo cotta fino a carbonizzata tanto la ghisa e spessa e calda... tutto da ustione con calore soffocante. meglio un piatto di pasta o una pizza. Locale che fa tendenza pieno di giovani alla moda, specie nei we. Lo consiglio per variare la dieta ma niente di che per i palati italiani.

We were in Omihaciman for a few days and we went to Barbetta's Italian restaurant. It was a nice surprise for us to find a young Japanese man who loves Italian food and culture. And he does his best to prepare a true Italian experience! We ate antipasti, a rich and well assorted choice of fish, vegetables and meat. We had a wonderful spaghetti "AL DENTE" aglio olio e peperoncino with broccoli and spaghetti con il granchio (crab)! To finish we had a delightful torta con nocciole (cake with nuts) and apple mango sorbetto HOME made. It isn't too expensive, there are few seats so the reservation is suggested.
