I was a customer of this Birreria years ago when the joint started its activities. Locally made, in a traditional way and with local ingredients completed with imported ones the Baladin beer is now an international brabd linked with Lurisia water industry and with the slow food and Eataly brands.

We arrived early for our visit to several wineries in Barolo township, so we stopped at DiVIn Cafe for a coffee and breakfast. It offers outdoor and indoor tables, but the outdoor is so much nicer, especially in the morning when it is not directly in the sunlight. The shade offered by a number of trees, and the proximity of the street offer a tranquil ambiance for people watching. Coffee is excellent, and the cafe offers a selection of bakery goods or various egg-based dishes for those with a greater appetite.

We were looking for a gastropub that could accommodate 6 adults and 6 children ages 6 months to 6 years. Cupa d'Or fit the bill and then some. The international selection of beers provided something for everyone. The food was fresh and homemade. I highly recommend the hamburgers!They were well equipped for children with a play area complete with toys, TV and children's movies. They had plenty of high chairs and even a changing table in the large, clean bathroom. We will definitely be going back!
