Taken there by relatives we were visiting. Great view of Lake Cumberland from the deck.. The best spinach artichoke around. Fried pickles were fairly standard. I had the special of the day, tilapia with a cucumber/crab topping and a sweet chili sauce over asparagus. Fantastic! Wife had the crab cakes with au gratin potatoes which she proclaimed a winner. Aunt got her favorite pecan crusted chicken with sweet potato casserole. Service was excellent. attentive but not intrusive. The pace was a little rushed but not pushy. Atmosphere was informal but conducive for conversation. Price was reasonable for the quality of the meal.
Kentucky, United States Food Guide: 5 Bar food Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Bronston
The food for the most part is so-so. The pizzas are good on a hit or miss day. And I like some of the sandwiches but wish that if there was chicken on my sandwich it wasn't in small chunks that don't cover all the bread and falls off....either get me a patty or shred it. We go mainly because it is one of the cheapest places to get a pitcher of beer and a pizza for around $20. The place would have great potential with a decent atmosphere but the main dining area is falling apart as far as the seating and tables. Most of the booths make you feel like you are going to go splat any minute and if somebody is on the other side of the one you're sitting in plan on motion sickness from all the wobbliness. The smoking area and non-smoking area are in the same room with no dividers of any type just one on one side of an open room and one on the other. The staff is pretty friendly but some keep you waiting a long time to even be waited on. We have came in and sat before and waited as long as 20 mins with waitresses going by several times and not acknowledging we were even there only to get up and leave. I also on most days would not recommend taking small children in after certain hours. It has a tendency to get rowdy and inappropriate.

We went in with high hopes, even though the place was basically empty. They have a good location & it's large with a covered outdoor seating area. The hostess was very friendly & offered us menus and told us about the specials & her recommendations. We chose to sit outside, which was nice and looked like they sometimes have live entertainment. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with mac & cheese, 4 others ordered the brisket. The table was not clean, the service was slow, the beers were not cold, the food was not hot, and the brisket was fatty & tough. My heaping tablespoon of mac & cheese was also lukewarm & bland. This place has a lot of potential, but I wouldn't go back unless I heard good things.
