Reviews on Pub food in Baeza, Province of Jaen, Spain. Baeza (Spanish pronunciation: [baˈeθa]), formerly also written as Baéza, is an Andalusian town in the province of Jaén in southern Spain. It lies perched on a cliff in the Loma de Úbeda, the range separating the Guadalquivir River to its south from the Guadalimar to its north. It is now principally famed for having some of the best-preserved examples of Italian Renaissance architecture in Spain. Along with Úbeda, it was added to UNESCO's list of World Heritage Sites in 2003. The former Visigothic bishopric of Baeza remains a Latin Catholic titular see.

We stopped off here for drinks whilst exploring the beautiful town of Baeza. There's plenty of outdoor seating to watch the goings on of the town whilst enjoying a drink. We ordered a couple of beers and were pleasantly surprised when a delicious complimentary plate of local produce was brought for us. This comprised of local cheese drizzled with amazing olive oil, the best olives we've had in ages and breadsticks. This along with two pints was 6 euros. The beer was ice cold and the service great.
