This is the first time we have visited The Dapple Grey in eight years (sadly no relatives left in the area). There are plenty of tables both inside and out and a little play area if you have children. It is a find a table and order at the bar. The menu is very varied with something for everyone's taste and pocket. It is a 2 mains for 1 restaurant - so very good value. We tried the combination of garlic breads for a starter- 2 pieces of garlic bread, 2 pieces of cheesy garlic bread and 2 pieces of garlic bread with salsa ( bit too much salsa for my taste. The starter arrived promptly and was hot and tasty. For main I chose the scampi, chips and peas. A nice sized portion. Also hot and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. Quite a small car park but other parking nearby. Ladies facilities lovely and clean.Thank for the positive review it always brings a smile to our faces when we receive positive feedback and helps motivate our team to always perform. We popped in on our way home from a busy weekend, to save cooking/washing up.Friendly service as usual and Joe was really attentive and helpful, straight away sorting high chair, colouring and kids menu for our two year old.Food was delivered really quickly and was delicious. Lots of new additions to the menu recently too, so plenty of choice.We shall be back soon. Thanks Frankie & Bennyâs

Me and my boyfriend order a pizza from here almost every week! Best place in town for a pizza! Very quick with orders never waited any longer than 20 mins.
