Specifically chose the Postigliun restaurant for lunch after quite a few years absence. The pizzas are as good as we remember them, the service was just right and alternatives are varied if you do not want pizza (gluten free dishes are also available). The dining room is tastefully appointed and very comfortable and dining guests looked well attended. Mixed salad, pizza and a tempting dessert card were most enjoyable. The Marenghin beer (from Flims) was also well worth trying. Prices were reasonable and we left happy.

We enjoyed really nice pizzas, I had the Sicilian with anchovy, black olives and capers which was lovely. Others all went for spicy salami and again all really enjoyed the pizza. Would definitely recommend. Restaurant is inside the bakery and you can buy cakes, bread and meringues to take away. We even managed to squeeze in ice creams (after saying we were full up) which again were great. Very reasonably priced.

We ended up here twice. The pizzeria and the restaurant are owned by the same management. We were in Disentis for four days for a choral festival. The first night we ate gnocchi and lamb at the pizzeria. The second night we wanted capuns and rosti and went to the Alpsu first but their kitchen was closed.
