After several wine tastings in the Loudon County area, my wife and I were ready for some lunch. We ordered a medium cheese pizza. The wait wasn't long, and the pizza was served hot from the oven. There was plenty of cheese, but the pizza was a little light on the sauce. The crust was thin, but as it was doughy, instead of crunchy, both my wife and I liked it.Overall, we were pretty happy. The pizza was very filling, and we had to leave about 1.5 slices behind, as we were hours from our hotel. A sad waste of good pizza!With two sodas, tax and tip, the bill ran $18.00, which I thought was reasonable.

If you like the unsanitary aspect a line of people, on both sides, talking over the area being used to prepare your pizza, this is your place. Lots of staff behind the counter, only one bussing tables. Open tables were dirty and messy, self-serve drink station not maintained or kept clean although the one cleanup person was working her butt off. The concept is simple- âdesign your own pizza, get your own drinks and utensils, deliver your own pizza to your table, expect that you will clean up your table, and dump your trash when you leave, in exchange you get very expensive pizza (based on size and amount of toppings), expensive drinks, salads( again based on content to cost). Look the deal is you âcanâ get more toppings, but you have to keep asking! My wife asked for sauce out to the edge and the guy acting like she was being a pig! Fact is if you settle for the amount of topping they initially start with, you will have a taco-sized pizza in the middle of an 11-inch shell! On the upside, if youâre looking for a personal size pizza with broccoli, avocado, and spinach- this is your place. Not mine!
