On our way to the east coast we lodged in Montmagny for the night. We ventured out for some supper and came upon the Normandin restaurant. I ordered off the promotional seafood menu and my husband off the regular menu. Both meals were very good. My husband is French but I'm English and the waitress quickly switched over to English. The service was good and the restaurant was clean and bright. I would returnThank you so much Debarama! We are very prood you enjoyed your visit in our restaurant and really hope to have to serve you again in your next stop in Montmagny!

Locals hustled into this restaurant with its large "salle de manger" (dining room with waitress service) and counter service with spacious tables and chairs. All rooms had bright wondows overlooking the river where migratory birds flitted about in the morning WE opted for the quicker counter service for breakfast and settled in with a newspaper as our food was freshly cooked. All of our eggs, potatoes and meat were hot and well prepared. Sauces and condiments were offered freely and the coffee was strong. WE appreciated that we wer the only travelers as the locals greeted eacn other and enjoyed this local restaurant with reasoanbly priced and diverse food

Traveling through Quebec we stopped for the night at Montmagny. We speak very little French but were starving for pizza. We accidentally stumbled across Casa Pizza. The lady who served us an hour ago gamely helped us along with our order (with her wonderful English!)I was a bit taken aback at paying almost $30 for a 14" pizza, but was thrilled when she handed it to us! It was the heaviest pizza ever, and when we got it back to the room we found out why.Tons of cheese! Tons of real bacon! Tons of real ham! This pizza was, absolutely, the very best we've had! Thank you so much!!! I wish we lived close enough to order from you regularly!
