I am choosy about what I eat. This place was happy to make substitutions. The cod was lightly breaded and shrimp done right. Food served hot. Best of all, a can do attitude.

We were pleasantly surprised by the very friendly service, good food, and reasonable prices at this restaurant. Good beer selection, too. I had the perch special â four nice size pieces of fish, a choice of potato, a slice of fresh rye bread (which was especially good), and a side salad. Fish was nicely seasoned and not overly breaded. I went with the baked potato instead of fries (potato pancakes were not an option), which was perfect. He had the chick parmesan dinner, which also came with a side salad and a piece of garlic bread. He commented on the freshness of the pasta and that it didnât taste like it came out of a box. Oddly, the breaded chicken breast was diced and not served whole, but he said it was still pretty good and heâd order it again.It was quite busy at 5:00 on a Friday, and was filling up with families by the time we left. It can get kind of loud upstairs. Next time weâll check out the lower level dining room.

My son and I came in well after the noon rush - and they were nice to accommodate his order for breakfast pizza, which was great. My gourmet angus burger (w bacon) was superb.Nice tidy premises including immaculate rest room. Very good value, and a bright place with big windows, with option of a couple of tables outside
