The first thing I noticed was how bright and clean the restaurant was. The hostess was very friendly and didn't hesitate to fulfil our request for a larger table. The music is soft and low, very romantic.Kristie was our waitress and she was bright, knowledgeable and an all around very happy person. She informed us that she was a customer of Vuocolo's and liked it so much she became an employee. That speaks volumes for atmosphere. She never missed a step in giving us service.We ordered the ravioli for me and the lasagna for my husband. Our salads were bright, fresh and flavorful. The ranch dressing tasted freshly homemade. My husband ordered "oil & vinegar", what he got was a house blend that includes herbs, he said he it was a welcomed and tasty surprise. My ravioli was perfectly prepared, the texture was perfect. The flavor of the filling and sauce were a perfect compliment to each other. The HUGE meatball had good flavor and texture, tasty also.My husband said the lasagna had good flavor and he really loved the chunks of Italian sausage.The only disappointment was the garlic bread. It's okay the way it is, I just prefer either bread sticks or toasted Italian garlic bread. We were very pleased with our dinning experience and will definitely make this one of our regulars.
