We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at this warm, friendly restaurant. We began with smoked eggplant ,roasted garlic and tomato which was absolutely delicious! The best eggplant dish I have ever had. We also enjoyed the arugula date salad. The dressing was very flavorful and the greens crisp and fresh. At the suggestion of the owner we had lamb chops and beef fillet for our main course. Both were delicious, nice blend of flavors, meats so tender you barely needed a knife! For dessert I had baklava and homemade saffron ice cream. Again the blending of flavors made it an exceptional choice. My husband had coconut cake and enjoyed it. They also have a great wine list. I am looking forward to my next visit to this very special restaurant.

Tucked in an non-descript storefront with seats hidden behind a 'to go' counter Turkish Cuisine is nothing special to look at and easy to miss. But the food! The lunch special is a staggeringly good value and comes with appetizer, entree, and dessert. I had the tabule and the lamb meatballs which came with rice, yogurt, and a spicy 'chutney'. Both were beyond delicious - the grilled lamb patties were the best I've ever eaten. They were also enormous and I took a bit more than half home. I also brought the baklava home (which my wife ate and said was very tasty as well).
