Al-basha is my go-to Middle Eastern restaurant in the Fishers area. The lunch buffet is fabulous, with great options, and the service is always friendly. I always eat before I browse in the grocery next door, or I would be buying too much. A wonderful place just minutes from my home.

We had a nice lunch at Sam's Gyros for the first time. We live near this location and I actually drive past this establishment on my commute every weekday, but for some reason we never made it there until today. We were there around 11:30 AM on Saturday and the place was perhaps 25 % occupied. It is definitely a low-key place, and that was fine with us, since that was what we expected. The decor is typical of strip-mall shawarma places in big cities, with an assortment of decor with an emphasis on things from Jordan. It is located within a strip mall and parking was adequate. The service was good, but it was obvious that at that time they were short-staffed. One of the guys in the kitchen had to take our order. The hubby had the lamb shawarma sandwich, and I had the gyro sandwich. We also shared a plate of falafel and Greek fries. The food actually arrived much quicker than we expected. The food was generous in portion and was very good. We were very pleased to find a decent middle eastern option in Fishers. Highly recommended.

We ordered Manchurian chicken, chicken boti, butter chicken and two orders of nan. Food was excellent, not too spicy per our request and kids totally enjoyed the nan and butter chicken. We also had kheer for dessert and trust me, that was THE BEST kheer Iâve ever had. It was freshly made and not too sweet. The tea however was mediocre.
