I have eaten at Yummy's twice now. I had the gyro both times. I watched them cook the pita and it was so fresh!!! Really good food and service. Not wonderful ambiance but really enjoyed the food!

I recently was asked to say what my "last meal" would be, and I found myself saying I would want the Veggie Moussaka at Denton's Green Zatar. This is one of my favorite restaurants anywhere--they make everyone feel like Norm from Cheers--they greet you when you walk in like you are family and they treat you like that until you are comforted and nourished by their delicious food and ready to walk out their door. We are lucky to have such a wonderful family-owned restaurant in our little town. If I could I would go there several times every week.

Come in and enjoy our Mediterranean food and hookah lounge where you can come in and relax with our varities of hookah flavors We only serve halal meats for dine in or to go orders, we also offer catering. Our food is freshly made each and everyday. Come
I agree that the food is fantastic and flavors very genuine, however, the service is EXTREMELY slow. The owners seem to have their tweens working tables and the tweens have no idea how to serve, take orders, keep a table of 4 order straight, etc. Also, ordered the "soup of the day" for $1.50. When the bill came (1hr 45mins later) the soup was charged at $2.99. When we questioned the tween, she said "well, the menu is going to be changing and we don't have soup of the day any more". We said that the menu listing needed to be honored; she said the 'owner' said nothing could be done about it. So, all in all, good food, but the service is third rate if that, and the 'owners' don't seem to know anything about running a restaurant - from wait time, wait staff to honoring their printed menu prices.
