I was in Saffraan with my family. The place is nicely decorated with Middle East touch. Service - perfect and trust me, in The Netherlands this is really rare and food were sooooo delicious. We had Saffraan Proeverij, Afghaanse Proeverij and kid menu Saffraan.All the portions were huge so after we were done there was no space for dessert. Warm recommendation for self made Saffraan limonade :)I would definitely come back again.

Since we never had Afghani food before, we didn't know what to expect. The food was like Indian, but without the sharpness. I actually liked this better, since it allows you to taste the different flavors without having your tongue on fire. The waitress (turned out to be the cook's daughter) was very friendly and explained everything on the menu to us in dutch and english. The portions were of a good size and the prices agreeable. We were very pleasantly surprised and left with full bellies. We will surely visit this restaurant again.
