Stopped here as we were driving thru the area from Orlando to Fort Myers. The âkitchenâ is actually a food trailer, but they have a nice, covered area to sit and eat. Everything was well cared for and clean. They have a bathroom that was also very clean. Loved all the plants and planters made from old tires. I ordered one pollo and one carnitas corn taco and both were very good. My husband had one pollo taco, one Steak taco, and a Gordita. He really enjoyed all three. Total bill with a Diet Coke was just over $9 for both of us! Very nice people working here too.

Discovered this place by accident when we were at the produce stand in the same parking lot. It is easy to miss, tiny sign, tiny shack, and some may be scared off by the appearance. The atmosphere inside isn't bad...clean table cloths on picnic tables. Might be hot in summer time! Once we tried the tacos, we have been regulars several times a week and will be again when we return to the area. Steak or chicken tacos both great (pork was too salty for our tastes). The $1.59 taco has all the fixings plus excellent salsa on the side, and is vastly superior to the fast food options. Awesome homemade corn tortillas. We would stop in just about every trip to town, sometimes take them home for dinner!

We stopped here for lunch and tried the $4.95 lunch specials. My wife had the tacos, flour or corn tortilla, and rice while I chose the quesadilla with beans. I found the beans to be to soupy and I took some of my wife's rice to mix and thicken. We both commented that the meals reminded of border town fare in Progresso, well cooked and prepared but lacking in distinctive flavor.
