We are waaay too many of the chips and mild salsa with cilantro! I thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp in ranchero sauce with rice. My husband really liked his enchiladas, one spinach and one cheese. He thought it could have been a warmer temperature though. My dad said his taco salad was very good.

Always enjoy Mexico 2000 restaurant when I am craving Mexican food. Their tortillas are always hot and fresh. Great enchiladas (both green and red), soft tacos, and plenty of chips and salsa in a very clean atmosphere. I have watched the servers wash the menus several Sunday evenings! Enjoy and remember that their policy is cash only.

We know Taco Bell is standard Taco Bell food but we had to wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Then our cheese sauce tasted like some instant mix. Have they changed it? Then meat was very sparse. We did notice several new employees but couldn't figure out why so slow.
