This restaurant has been in business since 1955. Was an old Post Office. They must be doing something right. Quirky building with tons of personality. Our server, Raegan was friendly and our food was plentiful and good. My Burrito was huge and the salsa was mildly spicy. Also on the menu is Chile Colorado, Fajitas, shrimp, Chimi Changas and Tostadas. Vegetarian dishes and combinations platters are also available. Tacos and enchiladas are very good as well. A favorite local place with good reasonable priced food. Reservations requested if you have a larger group. Off the Main Street easy to find. You can walk from many of this townâs hotels. Childrenâs menu available. Enjoy.

Courteous staff and excellent service. Good tasty authentic Mexican food. We tried the chicken fajitas and shrimp dinner. Can't remember the name of the dish. They both were good. Easy parking. The only problem was there was hardly any chicken in the fajitas. Most restaurants close by 9 pm on Weekdays.
We saw this place the first night in town, a street truck near the local grocery. It was busy then, and we went the next night around 7:30 and business was still good - we could tell why. The $1.50 tacos were delicious, we had both chicken and carnitas and the rice was also above average. We were hungry and Tacos Sonora filled us up!
