Excellent food. Recommend the huge nacho platter all of us shared, also grilled chicken taco, fish taco, and chicken tostadas. Grandson ordered a hamburger and fries from kids menu which also had Mexican choices. Mention this only because there is a picky eater in every family. Extensive menu. Large portions. Loved the ambiance of the cafe-style dining room, as well as the friendly, helpful waiter. Will definitely return next visit to Fremont.

This restaurant was highly recommended, and would have been a better hit for us; but, unfortunately our party of 16 was made to wait a very long time - even though we had reservations. The food was good - atypical, but just too long of a wait. They also "could not" separate guest tickets so was a burden.

We ordered a 3 Entree Combo each. My plate came well decorated with Chile Relleno, a Tamale & a Chile Verde Burrito with Rice and Refried Beans. They were executed well, eye appeal A one but dreadfully flavorless and bland. My wife wasted almost all of her food.I had briefed our server that we would not like toned down food but the kitchen obviously overlooked and over ran our request. No effort was made to provide a red chili arbol sauce and/or a jalapeno sauce verde on the side. Also no effort was made to even provide a red and a green proprietary sauce like Tapatio, etc. at any table in the restaurant. What could have been an anticipated tasty Mexican experience, got completely ruined.VERY DISAPPOINTED!
