Had a 7pm reservation that we made at the last minute. We were seated promptly. Service was good and prompt. For starters, we ordered arancini rice balls, mozarella knots with bread. It was all very good. For our main course, I had spaghetti agliolio and my husband had shrimp and calamari. He was very surprised by how large the shrimp was. For dessert, my husband had the fried donut with chocolate sauce. Overall, we had a nice dining experience. The only thing to note is, is that the seats/tables are tight and the noise level is high.

Having read some of the mixed reviews there was some trepidation as we booked this restaurant however, those fears were totally unfounded. The views are amazing, service was faultless and the food was amazing. The prawn saganaki starter was amazing as was the Greek octopus. The special lobster pasta was divine as was the salmon. We made a mistake not leaving sufficient room for the mango sorbet which was delicious.

Our group stumbled upon this restaurant while strolling down the Third Street Promenade. Admittedly the Al Fresco dining is what attracted me.The menu for this restaurant is extensive. The portions are excellent! The food is very goodIn fact the food is so good that we visited it a second time during our stay in the Los Angeles area.If you make it down to Santa Monica, I would suggest ordering something from the Hummus Express...then sit outside and people watch. It is the BEST there!
