We found this restaurant on a wet day walking around the town and I'm glad we did. Our family of four had the three course plat du jour which was all delicious and perfectly presented. The prices were very reasonable and the service very friendly. The paella looked delicious. I would highly recommend.

J'y suis allé deux fois durant le Festival du Film et me suis régalé comme d'habitude.Karima est vraiment adorable et se plie en quatre pour ses convives.Je n'avais pas réservé la deuxième fois, elle s'est arrangée pour me trouver un petit coin sympa.Impossible pour moi de venir à Douarnenez sans passer par Le sable d'or!Et un rapport qualité / prix imbattable, pour conclure.

We stopped by here out of the blue over a rainy lunch time - and so glad we did! I had one of the best pizzas of my life here! I love pizza and salad and this magharita pizza was delicious with a crisp crust and the perfect amount of toppings. We had a table with a view of the harbor and it turned into one of the unexpected great experiences you have while traveling. Great food, pretty view, lively surroundings. Yum! Ask for a table with a harbor view. One pizza and two salads is plenty for two people to share.
