As a result of Facebook articles about the great range of gluten free options, my wife and I went here last Sunday for lunch. She is coeliac and was keen to try the gluten free fish and chips. The really great plus here, is the wide range of choices in gluten free fish, fish cocktails, banana fritters, potato scallops or chicken. My wife had a gluten free box of battered fish, chips, calamari and potato scallops for $10. I had the fish cocktails and chips, which was not gluten free, but they were the best fish cocktails I have eaten, lightly coated with thin crunchy batter, and twice the size of most fish cocktails at other outlets. You can eat in or take away. The shop was spotlessly clean and the owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Went to Oliva tonight and absolutely 5 stars.The food was delicious - The mains got rave reviews from all of us (fish, pasta and souvlaki) and the desserts homemade and to die for (the baklava was seriously the best I have ever had (I normally wouldn't order as find too sweet but this was more nuts and not overly sweet)Service also very very good - great for kids too.Support a local restaurant and go here - you will not be disappointed !

We had lunch at the Greek Islands Taverna and were not disappointed by the menu choice although the food when it arrived was variable. BYO wine is recommended although Greek beer is available. The restaurant lacks atmosphere despite the numerous Greek paintings/posters/artefacts. The owner was engaging but the staff not particularly attentive.
