My husband and I enjoyed dinner at Boccadito following a movie at the County Theatre. We had made a reservation, which was fortunate, as this tiny gem is very popular! On a cold evening, the hospitality of the staff was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our wine (BYO) with the house antipasto (shrimp & scallops in a puff pastry), and our entrees (branzino filled tableside with shellfish in a tomato broth, and t-bone with crabcake), and steamed asparagus. Everything was cooked perfectly, and service was relaxed and well-timed. A memorable evening. Boccadito could be our new favorite Italian restaurant in Doylestown!

I have walked pass several times, tables always full but I never ventured in to see the menu or restaurant. Of course it takes my son who often suggest to meet up for dinner.I suggested Blu , we were early and had a choice of seating.Looking around I hear singing from the owner, cheerful, melody that comes with the atmosphere. He offered the menu, and proceeded to talk about the sea bass fish and the steak kababs over basmati rice mix with vegetables. That was our pick, he delivered to our table in a fabulous presentation, and not to mention fresh- flavorful- authentic home cooked ....not frozen or canned.Dessert was flourless chocolate cake and lemon cake...not sure of the name , BUT I will remember when I see it.Great experience, lovely Blu atmosphere, inviting, relaxing and quaint.Love it...my regular new place .

I frequently get take out food from the Hot Spot. They have a great menu featuring from Greek cuisine to sandwiches and hoagies. My favorite hoagie is the chicken salad one. The roll is always fresh and the chicken salad is as good as Gross' chicken salad. My husband likes their stromboli and their cheese steak hoagie. The staff is always pleasant. I must admit the decor is very drab but their low prices make up for it. Also, they have delivery to the local area for $1.00. You can't beat that. Give it a try and I promise you will go back!
