As their name suggests this is the place to taste a variety of wonderful sakes, but there are also wines and beers available. The food is very authentic Japanese, and the chef presents an interesting and fun menu especially of noodles and soups. My personal love, however, is Orion beer. It is hard to find in America. I once visited the brewery in Okinawa, and learned that it is brewed in small batches, based on consumption; when they run out, they call in their employees and make some more. They also consider their spring water unique. A light lager. Mmm!

This is our GO-TO place for Japanese food when we don't want to travel to its other location in Riverhead which has a hibachi table. We have never been disappointed in the food or the quantity.
