Our second night here and I couldn't face another cochinilla or lechuga so we went for a pizza and a lasagne di carne. Both very nice. House red was a young tempranillo rioja, preceded by a beer while waiting for the kitchen to open at 8. Finished off with a sicilia bitter. Not a lot of indoor seating but a nice meal.

The first day of our holiday we arrived later than expected at this family restaurant offering pizza and pasta. Even if it also had takeaway we felt welcome and experienced good service and short waiting time. Value for money was great, the noise level low and the atmosphere was characterized by local families and tourists with children in different ages dining. Everything was as expected.

Was wandering through Segovia on the way from bus station to the Plaza Mayor....decided to NOT take the "main road" but instead to find one that ran parallel. Came across this little place and the menu board passed the test for my vegetarian daughter.We have the daily special - which gave four choices for appetizer, four for entree and four for dessert plus bread and beverage - all for 9.90 euros! Great price and the food was incredible. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay away from the tourist traps in town.
