Pleasant atmosphere, convenient parking in rear in center of downtown Potsdam, good service and crowded. So enough people love or like Sergi's. We didn't. Baked ziti entrees were humungous - enough to feed four people. But they lacked flavor and were covered with a thick layer of salty tasteless cheese. Dinner rolls were cold as if they just got done being defrosted. Pizza was swimming with the same cheese, and drooped badly from its greasiness. Not our kind of pizza. Meatball sandwich was OK - placed on focaccia bread that was way better than either the dinner rolls or pizza. You may enjoy eating here and you may not.

We went here for dinner and had a great time. Our waitress was extremely nice and a lot of fun. The food was great, it was nice to have a good meal after long travels. If your in Potsdam, stop by and enjoy some nice food.

I cannot believe that after such a delicious meal with our entertaining waiter(Matt) that I could not finish it with a rich cup of espresso! Lasagna was delicious and so was the eggplant parmigiana. Mr Owner, you need to invest in a good espresso machine!
