I had a spinach pinwheel, which was burnt black, and a tuna in a pita with a salad. The salad was fresh, the tuna was good, it had small chunks of celery and carrots. Im not sure what the tuna was dressed with because there didnt seem to be any mayonnaise. The pita was more like a large flat bun than a pita. It was very good but a lot heavier than a typical pita pocket. I didnt mind because it was cold out and I was about to go snowshoeing so the calories were welcome. Wish we found this place sooner. I will be returning on my next visit to Vermont

Was in Morrisville the other day and hadn't been there for awhile. This little town has some wonderful restaurants and The Niche has just become a new favorite! It is chef owned and does he know how to cook! The menu has many different things to choose from including some wonderful specials posted each day. Everything is made from scratch and when you walk in the front door the smells will amaze you!Had lunch with a friend and there was so many mouth watering items on the menu we decided to try a few and share them. Started off with warm pretzels served with a delectable mouth watering beer cheese dip....couldn't get enough of it! Also, had the made from scratch corn chowder and it was heaven in your mouth! Next we had a duck fat infused turkey burger with sauteed apples and alpine cheese on a delirious roll. There are many items listed on the menu, Shepard's Pie, all kinds of burgers and many appetizers to choose from. They also have many local beers to choose from. The staff is so helpful and pleasant also. The prices were so reasonable for the quality of the food also. I know were I will go to eat the next time I am in Morrisville!
