Me and my husband wanted to try out this new Italian restaurant as soon as it opened. We went in at lunch and the service was excellent. I ordered a Pepsi. We were given fresh homemade bread, which I could have made a meal out of! I ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo with Chicken and it was truly amazing! The sauce was something I wish I could bottle up and drink! It also came with a salad and I had ranch with it. The dressing was very creamy. I had to top off the meal with a dessert. So, I ordered a Tiramisu, which they are made fresh each day. It was a perfect guilty pleasure!

On balance, our food was probably good; Offset by service that was substandard and unacceptable. Our total dining experience took more than 2 hours-our waitperson was probably âLisa Câ and the source of much of our frustration. While our selections were fine and tasty-our service was substandard and contentious. We ended up leaving the restaurant disappointed.

We haven't had Mazzio pizza in a while and now we remember why. We ordered the 5 piece boneless chicken wings for $4.50 and got 5 pieces of boneless chicken that amounted to about two bites. The flavor was fine but the portion was pathetic. Each piece was about the size of a quarter. Their profit margin has to be terrific. We ordered the classic Ken's supreme pizza and it was at best so-so. The toppings looked as if they were put on from several feet away. Not much pride in the presentation. The crust was nothing special. All in all, not a very good pizza.
