AyubowanWe stayed at the resort for 2 weeks in january and febuary 2019 and used the restaurant every day for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Even although we were here longer than most guests would stay we found the menu interesting and varied and the selection overall fabulous. All of the chefs were very interactive and The executive chef Stephan is great leading by example and ever present around the resort. He is friendly and helpful in terms of advise on what to try. He is a great asset to the resort.Fazil and all of the staff (too many to mention and too scared to miss someone out) helped us so much and developed our few words of Sinhala. It was such an added bonus.
