Popped in here today to meet a friend during her lunch hour. Was very grateful to the man serving that I could get a coffee in a mug rather than a cup with little handles. I struggle to hold things and often can't find a café that can provide mugs. The coffee was perfect and the hot chocolate was wonderful. I will be back!

Visited this pub for a drink, ended up having 3 before going to theatre and another 1 before catching the train home. Very good selection of beers/bitters/ciders on tap and very good prices. Barman was very friendly and helpful. Great to be in a proper pub that doesn't rely on food, (no food severed at all, crisps and nuts yes), cash only. Ladies toilet was very clean, couldn't find fault there at all. Will certainly return when next in Malvern. Thank you

Stopped in for a bite to eat.Shop was clean and tidy but only 1 member of staff during the lunch period!Friendly lady. No brown rolls of any type available. Chosen items were made well and tasty. But then went to get our drinks. 3 of our choices were empty of syrup.Need more staff on.
