Lunch was excellent as was the service. White varieties were excellent and reds very good. We are used to heavier 'bigger' reds in style so we found the red varietals a bit light. Notwithstanding the Reds specifically the premium Cab Sauvignon was excellent.Like many wineries they overlook the benefits of serving wine in larger glasses to allow the taster to really appreciate the product and for the wine to show its quality.

We six adults enjoyed a fine mix of main meals including fillet steak, marinated chicken breast and pasta dishes. Everyone said their dishes were wonderful! Desserts including sticky date pudding also went down well. I have to applaud the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. Best service Iâve experienced in a long time! All this coupled with the stunning surroundings made for a very enjoyable eating experience.

We are Margaret Rivers oldest restaurant! and have been delighting both locals and visitors for over 26 years! Our look is character and eclectic although we have an extensive refurb planned for this winter (sept 2018) and our focus is all on the food, wi
We chose this restaurant as it was incredibly close to our hotel, but also offered a variety of dishes - that were seemingly amazing! The menu was vast and exciting to choose from. The environment- welcoming and pleasant, relaxed and warm. The service was equally delightful and for our meal ( we were 4) the table was amply sized. If I were to find fault, only issue I had was that the seating needed to be booked in sessions - either 5pm - 7pm or 8pm-onHalf of us were ready to dine at 5, the other couple wanted a later session.... this meant that we all dined at the later hour- which meant that dinner came out around 8.30(ish)... it's ok for a once off but not to inviting to look forward to for group settings!! Perhaps I would go again as a couple only!! and dine at the earlier session(?) Next time we'll decide. Besides that.... the prices were somewhat rich in my opinion, as the sizing was barely reasonable- put it this way- we didn't indulge. However the staffing was ample - and the food was delicious- so all in all a pleasant first experience!!
